We take customer service very seriously and work hard to ship orders correctly and on time (most in stock orders ship within 3 business days).
Wholesale orders placed online must be at least $100 (okay to assort styles and sizes). The minimum order for mugs and pints is one dozen (assorted designs ok). All mug orders must be in multiples of 12 (24, 36, etc.).

All orders must be Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover unless credit approved. Customers wishing to establish Net 30 terms must complete the Earth Sun Moon Credit Application. If you have problems printing this form, click here to get the MS Word version. The credit application must be faxed to 724-605-2983 or mailed to Earth Sun Moon Trading Company, Attn: Credit Dept., 111 N. Center St., Grove City, PA 16127. You may also request a credit application by calling us at 888-458-1687, faxing us at 724-458-4920 or e-mailing us at info@earthsunmoon.com - please make sure you include your fax number. Allow up to two weeks to process your credit application.
Canadian Customers: All payments must be in US funds or by credit card.
Customers who have already established a Net 30 account with us may place Net 30 orders online. To do this select "Order by Net 30 Online" at the checkout. Earth Sun Moon Trading Company reserves the right to reject any credit orders placed by companies that have not established a Net 30 account.
An interest charge of 1.5% monthly will be incurred by accounts over 30 days. Chargebacks are not accepted, and an NSF Check Fee of $30 will be charged for each check or money order that is returned to us for any reason. International accounts shipped proforma.

We ship most in-stock orders within 3-5 business days. Backorders are typically filled within 2 weeks. All goods will be shipped F.O.B. Grove City, PA via UPS unless otherwise indicated. If you wish for your order to be shipped by other means than UPS, please specify your shipping preference in the "Special instructions/comments" portion of the checkout.

Product Information
T-shirts and long sleeve tees are heavyweight, pre-shrunk 100% cotton. However, sports grey and all heathered t-shirts are a cotton/poly blend.
Sweatshirts are heavyweight 50/50 cotton/poly blend.
Hats are embroidered, garment stone-washed, 100% cotton twill, and feature a cloth strap with antique brass buckle closure.
Mugs are 15 oz. ceramic, microwave and dishwasher safe.
Ceramic made in China, art printed and applied in Grove City, Pennsylvania, USA.
48 piece minimum for apparel name drops. Assorted designs are permitted. Maximum size on name drop is 3.5" x 3.5". Minimum order for mug name drops is 24 pieces, with a $15.00 one-time setup charge, and no per-mug charge. Minimum order for hat/beanie name drops is 24 pieces, with a $15.00 one-time setup charge, and $1 upcharge per hat. Trucker hats can not be name dropped.
Name drops are available on the sleeve, left chest, or back yoke.
There is a one-time setup charge of $15.00 for each name drop.
Shirt orders of 48-71 pieces - Add $0.50 per item.
Shirt orders of 72 -143 pieces - Add $0.25 per item.
Shirt orders of 144 or more - No additional charge per item.
We will provide customer with 5 different fonts to choose from. Please include fax number or email address when ordering with a name drop.
We can also name drop your logo or design. Art files must be 300 dpi or higher. EPS, AI, or TIF files preferred. (Please avoid artwork taken from the internet, as it may be copyrighted and is generally unsuitable for print.) All fonts in file must be converted to outlines prior to sending to prevent any potential font problems. Art files (under 8 MB) can be e-mailed to art@esmtees.com.
We strive to fulfill each order in a timely and accurate manner. If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 10 business days. Call tags and replacement merchandise will be sent within 24 hours. Please note that we only accept returns if you have received incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise.
